i Lead internal & external product teams of around 40 designers, developers, and manager to Launch nugg’s full v2.0 redesign. This included a marketplace, delivery service, & support infrastructure. nugg provided a convenient and medically certified method to meet with doctors online to explore treatment options via getting a medical card. nugg also ran its own marketplace where businesses could sell their own products and have them delivered straight to consumers. the redesign was meant to unify these services from a design perspective and improve the customer experience.
