custom built led rig designed for portability and ease of use. goal was to be able to carry it in a standard backpack to take anywhere. double-wide rgb led strips with power supply and dmx controller. each strip can be attached to various stands and hardware found in live event spaces like mic stands and rigging poles. each is then connected via durable connectors to a small amp-like power supply and controller. this connects via any usb-to-dmx interface or straight into a Lightboard via dmx. small lights on the box allow one to design in desktop mode for ease-of-use. in my own live shows, I send midi to madmapper, which then triggers the lights via dmx.
