i was brought into unbabel to wrangel their project management workflow for ai-assisted translation products. specifically, i worked streamline the creative team’s production processes. when i arrived, there 120+ monday boards, when i finished, there were less than 10. this was a very labor-intensive task. I consolidated projects and met with teams to create sustainable and scalable methods by which to manage their projects. at the same time, i managed the creative department to launch ads, sites, events, and content for initiatives across the company. over time, the teams saw some really notable improvements in clarity and visibility across teams—plus we made some really nice designs.
