i created three long form sampling projects under the name terrible—the goal was to mash up as many sources as possible, increasing the number and complexity each time. this is, essentially, how i learned to make music—i consider it basically my own version of a music-theory education based on pop.

i later compiled my favorite moments from this into a sort of greatest hits trilogy mix, but i still prefer the originals.
